If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy self-service return process.
All returns must meet our guidelines, please review our full Return/Refund Policy carefully.


Return/Refund Policy:

  • 14-Day Window. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your purchase if you are not satisfied.
  • Refund Details. Phodox.com will refund your original purchase price, excluding shipping fees.
  • Free Items. If your original purchase included free items, you must return all associated items to receive a full refund. The retail value of any free items you keep, along with shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund.
  • Initiate Returns. You can start the return process online, via phone, email, or through Live Chat.
  • Phodox.com reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if all conditions are not met.


All items must:

  • Be in new condition.
  • Be in their original unaltered box, including an intact UPC code.
  • Include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and free items.
  • Phodox.com will refund the original purchase price after deducting the retail value of any free items you keep.
  • Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.


The following items cannot be returned once opened (original packaging cannot be unsealed):

  • Software, film, paper, DVDs, bulbs, flash tubes, batteries, ink cartridges, laptops, computers, tablets, drones, and memory cards.
  • Any item removed from their "blister-pack."
  • Special-order merchandise and gift cards.
  • Any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable.
  • Printers with installed toner.
  • Underwater equipment once it has been used in water.


Defective or Damaged Items:

  • You have 14 days from delivery to return defective or damaged items.
  • Defective or damaged items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at Phodox's discretion.
  • For a full refund, you need to contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
  • After 10 business days of delivery, you will receive the same model or the manufacture's equivalent model instead of a refund.
  • For verified damaged and defective items Phodox.com will reimburse return shipping fees.
  • For unverified defective or damaged items, Phodox.com reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
  • For any electronic device you need to unlock it, delete all passwords and reset to Factory Settings. We will not accept the return if the device is locked or password protected.


Limited Liability:

  • Phodox.com is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Phodox.com is not liable for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of purchased merchandise.
  • Phodox’s responsibility extends to the monetary value of the merchandise only.
